榮夏科技為Ironwood Electronics 在TAIWAN台灣地區代理商

Ironwood Electronics recently developed a burn-in socket for a small 3x5 mm QFN device.

It also features gold plated copper compression heatsink for removing heat. These sockets are mounted on a daughter card which gets plugged into mother board for burn-in test.

It also have a metal heat sink to remove any excess heat. 

Now the daughter card can be plugged into the motherboard and do the burn-in sequence at 125C for 8 hours.
